History Founded in 1988, Kevin Coleman Foundation was established to provide support for the Kevin Coleman Center.
In 1995, Kevin Coleman Center became known as
Coleman Professional Services. The organization provides behavioral health and rehabilitation services in order to help improve the lives of individuals, families and businesses.

As Coleman Professional Services continued to grow and expand, its need for more support from the Foundation also increased.
In 2006, Kevin Coleman Foundation's name changed to Coleman Foundation during the re-branding process of the entire organization.
Since its founding, Coleman Foundation has provided over $5 million for recovery and rehabilitation for those who suffer from mental illnesses. The financial contributions have supported a variety of needs including rehabilitation programs and treatments to enable patients to achieve their full potential, vital equipment, facilities, and education for healthcare and allied professionals.
